The gardens are just under one acre and are enclosed consisting of an orchard of apple, pear, walnuts, figs, damsons . The other gardens have numerous mature shrubs and trees. An above ground pool which is slightly sunken and hidden by an attractive wall and gated. There are numerous buildings to house the bicycles. A large workshop, utility room with w.c. and room for two washing machines. Large game room with table tennis, baby football, darts ect. Separate office and boiler room.

We are situated in a pretty and friendly village with church, junior school, tennis courts, and the river Berlande picnic areas, lavoirs and lovely walks.

Once entering the double gates, beside the huge Le Tilleul (lime tree) at the bottom of the drive you are in what looks like your own little hamlet, the house being at the top of the courtyard. Sitting on the terrace which is slightly elevated you can watch the abundandant birdlife. We also have river valley views of the river Berlande which runs though the village but is a very safe distance away.
